When is a First Time Clean required?

1. You are a new client booking with us for the first time.
2. You are a returning client and it has been more than 30 days since your last professional clean.

In both cases, add First Time Clean in the Extras section when you book.

Homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently need more time on the first visit.
Without that extra time, our crew is working against the clock and the result will not match
what we promise.

Once the First Time Clean is done, your regular cleans run at the standard rate.
