Here’s how it works in practice and what to keep in mind.

How Consistent Scheduling Works

When you’re set up on a recurring schedule with us, we assign your preferred cleaner to your appointments on that same cadence. If you’re bi-weekly on Fridays, your cleaner knows every two Fridays they’ll be at your home. That predictability works for you and for them.

This kind of consistency tends to make each clean better over time. A cleaner who has been in your home several times knows the layout, knows where things are, knows which areas need more attention and which don’t. That familiarity is genuinely useful. It’s not something you can replicate with a different person each visit.

Over time, it also builds trust. Many of our clients are leaving their homes in the hands of someone they haven’t met. Having the same person show up reliably, who knows your space and your preferences, makes that easier. This is especially true for weekly and bi-weekly clients who see their cleaner regularly.

What Happens When Things Change

Life isn’t always predictable, and we understand that. If you need to reschedule, go on vacation, or skip a visit, we’ll do our best to put you back with your preferred cleaner when you resume. Whether that’s possible depends on how much of a gap there was and how full your cleaner’s schedule is when you rebook.

If there’s been a significant break and your preferred cleaner’s schedule has filled in, we may need to move you to a different day of the week to get you back with them, or, depending on availability, match you with another member of our team.

For monthly clients, consistency is harder to guarantee. The longer the gap between visits, the more scheduling can shift in between.

If Your Regular Cleaner Isn’t Available

Every member of our team is trained to the same standards. If your regular cleaner isn’t available for a specific visit, you’ll still receive the same quality of clean. We’ll do our best to communicate any change in advance and make sure whoever’s coming knows your home’s details before they arrive.

Requesting a preferred cleaner is always noted on your account. It’s not something you have to remind us about each time.
