How Pricing Is Calculated
Our residential cleaning is priced based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage in your home. The fastest way to know your exact number is to book online â enter your home’s details and the total calculates automatically before you confirm anything. Most Vancouver homes fall somewhere between $150 and $300 for a standard clean before add-ons. Larger homes or ones that need extra time will sit higher in that range.
Pricing is the same regardless of how often you book your first clean. After that, recurring clients receive a discount based on frequency: 20% off for weekly clients, 15% off for bi-weekly, and 10% off for monthly.
When a First-Time Clean Is Recommended
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, we’ll recommend adding our First-Time Clean to your booking. It’s a $99 add-on that gives our team the extra time needed for a more detailed first pass: things like baseboards, grout scrubbing, and areas that build up faster than most people realize.
More than half of clients underestimate how much dust and buildup collects in their home once they’ve been living in it for a while. That’s completely normal. When you’re in a space every day, you stop noticing certain things. It’s not something to stress about. It’s just something to account for when you book.
We recommend the First-Time Clean for two types of clients: people who are booking with us for the first time, and returning clients who haven’t booked in over 30 days. In the rare case that your home turns out to be in better shape than expected once our team arrives, we’re happy to remove the charge.
Add-Ons That Affect Your Total
Beyond the base service, there are optional extras you can add at checkout or request when you call. Common ones include:
- Inside oven: $39
- Inside fridge: $45
- Interior Windows: $5 per pane
- Pet hair fee: $25 flat per visit (for homes with pets)
