While our cleaners always strive to deliver top-notch service, there are a few tasks we’re unable to take on either for safety, liability, or quality reasons. If you’re unsure about anything on this list or have questions about your upcoming clean, feel free to give us a call.
Here’s what we don’t offer:

We can’t clean while other work is being done in or around the home (e.g., renovations, plumbing, painting).

We don’t lift or move heavy items like stoves, fridges, or large furniture.

We avoid moving fragile or valuable items such as vases, artwork, or hanging décor.

We’re happy to load the dishwasher, but we won’t put dishes back into cupboards to avoid breakage.

We won’t clean areas that require ladders or go beyond what’s safely reachable with a step stool or telescopic tool.

We don’t remove excessive pet hair from upholstery.

We do not clean exterior windows.

We can lightly dust horizontal blinds, but we don’t deep clean them due to their delicate nature.

We can’t guarantee odour removal from things like mould, pet waste, or smoke—though we’ll do our best.

We do not clean inside dishwashers or washing machines.

We don’t clean light bulbs.

We cannot clean spaces with active rodent or insect infestations.

We don’t remove dried paint from surfaces.

We don’t offer post-construction cleaning through our standard online booking—it requires an in-person quote.

We don’t do deep carpet or floor cleaning like steam cleaning, polishing, or waxing.

We avoid scrubbing heavy marks or stains from walls and painted surfaces to prevent paint damage.
